Dry spaghetti.
What the chain gets, so far
We don't have a shelf price for this yet: we only use published or shopper-reported prices. Once there is one, what's left for the supermarket shows here. Add the price you paid.
- The farmer or growernot published
- Pasta is made from durum wheat, and no current Australian durum price is published openly: ABARES' weekly prices cover ordinary milling wheat but not durum, and we found no 2026 durum quote from a public source.
- Processing and packingnot published
- Semolina millers and pasta makers don't publish their costs or the prices they charge supermarkets per packet.
- Freight and wholesalenot published
- No maker or retailer publishes the per-packet cost of shipping, importing or trucking pasta to stores.
Worth knowing
- Check the country-of-origin label: if the spaghetti is made overseas, the wheat grower and the factory are overseas too.
- Durum wheat is a separate crop from bread wheat and is priced differently, so bread-wheat prices can't stand in for it.
- We couldn't find a published 2026 shelf price for 500 g of dry spaghetti from a survey or the press, so no shelf price is shown yet.
